About ANDI ZEMENICK

Andi Zemenick is the Team Coach and Director of Marketing & Operations for Cassel & Brown Real Estate. She is the wizard behind the curtain pulling all of the levers to ensure our business runs smoothly and that our agents have the latest skills and training they need to compete in today’s Bay Area market. After spending over 25 years in management consulting working with worldwide organizations, she is now passionate about building top-producing real estate companies and we welcome her to the Cassel & Brown team.

 

As the leader of our in-house marketing and operations team, Andi keeps all of us on our toes to ensure the business is moving in the right direction to best serve our Bay Area buyers and sellers. As a license agent herself, she understands the importance of a superior customer experience and she builds our systems and processes to support that experience.

 

When Andi is not running our business, she is a national real estate coach and speaker. She has trained 1000’s of Real estate agents since she got her start in real estate in 2014, and you can routinely catch Andi hopping onto a stage to share her knowledge on topics such as lead-generation, multi-channel marketing, social media, and real estate prop tech.

 

Andi lives part-time in her coastal home across the Bay in Pacifica and the other part of her life in her Mexican home in Punta Mita, Nayarit. She travels worldwide, works anywhere there is a strong Wi-Fi signal, and jumps in the water or on a boat as often as her schedule allows. She is a proud mother, a certified scuba dive master, and an avid sunset chaser.
