At Cassel & Brown, we are proud supporters of The UC Theatre's Concert Career Pathways (CCP) program. CCP aims to remove the barriers of entry into the live music and event industry for young people ages 17 to 25 from underserved communities throughout the Bay Area and beyond. The free 9-month program provides hands-on learning using the venue as a classroom in everything from production to sound/lighting design, marketing, venue management and more. Through a series of workshops, speaker series and industry tours, CCP participants are connected to the music business with job shadowing, paid internships and job placement support. Supporting CCP allows Cassel & Brown to embrace and uplift these future music industry professionals, whether they are in front of or behind the microphone. In fact, one of our agents, Billy Cook, recently joined The UC Theatre's Board of Directors and donates a portion of his real estate commissions from each and every sale to the theatre. 

Since 2013, we've supported Home for a Home - an international nonprofit near and dear to our hearts. Since that time, we have been able to change the lives of 45 poverty-stricken families in Guatemala by providing housing for those who had little to none. With over a million people living below the poverty line, many lack clean water, sanitation, and adequate housing. With each and every home we sell here in the Bay Area, we give back to this incredible organization by building one new home with each transaction. Help us break the cycle of poverty by providing security, dignity, and hope through new homes.
